I do not see it as separate from clinical practice, but rather as a tool for improving diagnostic precision, optimising clinical decision-making and advancing towards more comprehensive and personalised care for psoriasis and other inflammatory skin diseases. <\/p>\n<p>Throughout my career, I have focused a substantial part of my scientific activity on the study of psoriasis, its comorbidities and its systemic impact, with particular interest in subclinical inflammation, cardiovascular risk and comprehensive patient assessment. This work is carried out between Hospital Universitario Ram\u00f3n y Cajal and ICMR, the dermatology research centre of Fundaci\u00f3n Pedro Ja\u00e9n. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_toggle_0 et_pb_toggle et_pb_toggle_item et_pb_toggle_close et_animated et_pb_module et_block_module\"><h3 class=\"et_pb_toggle_title\">Publications<\/h3><div class=\"et_pb_toggle_content clearfix\"><p>Over the years, I have maintained continuous scientific activity reflected in publications focusing particularly on psoriasis, systemic inflammation, comorbidities and other inflammatory skin diseases.
