I took part in a meeting with a panel of experts and Cantabria Labs ambassador Rafa Nadal at the indoor court of the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar, where we discussed the importance of taking a comprehensive approach to health.
Alongside Rafa Nadal, I had the opportunity to learn, exchange ideas and share advice and information with Juan Matji, President of Cantabria Labs; Susana Rodríguez Navarro, CEO and Managing Director of Cantabria Labs; Mario Alonso Puig, surgeon and author; Melchor Álvarez de Mon, Professor of Medicine and Head of the Internal Medicine Department at Hospital Universitario Príncipe de Asturias in Madrid; and Ángel Ruiz-Cotorro, specialist in Sports Medicine and Traumatology.
